I am the owner of two very succesful catering restaurants. I have been in the restaurant and catering business for around twenty five years. I have created very many events to remember and I would love to share my knowledge with people to help them create the memories of a lifetime.

Education/Credentials
I graduated highschool always loving home economics, I have a degree in Arts and Sciences. This is where I turned it into my creativity for food and entertaining. I went into the restaurant business essentially after graduation, I have remained in the restaurant business because I enjoy watching happy faces inulging in great food. I also do image consulting to make sure an event can be planned right from beginning to end. It
