I can answer U.S.and Canada payroll questions proficiently and have a good general knowledge of UK and South Africa and some knowledge of Australia and New Zealand Payroll procedures. Please do not ask me homework questions I do not have time to answer them.

2009-10-30 pension funds:

You can't get your pension without penalties until you are 591/2. If you have company pension you cannot get it until retirement age. If you have 401K you may be able to either get a loan on it or a hardship

What they are telling you is that your contract says you will be paid a specific amount of money from July 1 to July 1 divided into pay periods. I don't know if that can be true for the third week
