What do you like about this subject?  Love the place, much visited and now living in Crete. As I'm creating the greatest website about any destination......but, about Greece, your questions help me learn more about what people need and want to know.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  What information people really need when they travel, what helps anyone get a richer, more delight-filled experience of their visit, wandering or holiday/vacation.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  There are lakes and you can (at a pinch) even ski in Crete! Vines in Santorini are grown in a circular swirl on the ground, not typically upright, so as to grab moisture and be protected against island winds.
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  The famed Cretan Kri-Kri (like a goat) is almost non-existent, if you are served this as a dish in a restaurant - ask some detailed questions to try and make sure it's the real thing (perhaps you might be concerned at helping to make such a creature extinct?)
