Any question regarding DUI.
I am a recovered alcoholic. I've have had 17 DUI, DWI citations in the last 40 years.
Minor contributions to MADD publications.
Graduate of Arkansas State University, I hold a real estate license in one state, pest control operators licenses in 5 states.
No major awards.
I'm not a professional in this field only experienced. I only want to help with information, not instruct or advise.
It's more what I do not like about a crime that can shatter the lives of the offender and the victim uselessly.
Any and all new or updated information from any source that will in anyway reduced the pain and suffering and residual effects caused by diving while intoxicated.
Every 25 seconds there is an alcohol related automobile accident in the United States. This crime is the number one killer of people under the age of 21.
The seemingly disregard of our nationwide law makers regarding the harm caused by DWI and the lax penalties for this crime. If I had had much more sever consequences for my violations I would have gotten help for my alcohol problem.

Hello Bob, I'm glad your ok. This person faces a felony charge for leaving the scene of an accident. Depending on New York's point system he could lose his license also but in most states it's the 4th
Hello Katie, You could petition the court to remove the dui from your record. The court would be likely to do this since it was a charge in another country more so than if it was in the states. I'm familiar
Hi Heather, The courts lean heavily on the evidence but also are prejudiced toward DUI offenders. The court will say that ignorance of the law is no excuse, that's a given. The first offence your husband
Ed....DUI is not a federal charge. It's a state charge and thus the penalties vary. The only federal involvement in it is the tying together of all records from state to state mandated by the government
