What do you like about this subject? My expertise is in business process improvement. I use Notes to solve business process problems. This saves time and money for the businesses. For example, a 14 question survey can be sent to 5000 - 6000 participants and results analyzed using Notes. man hours to do this by the old fassioned paper way - 100 hrs. Using Lotus Notes - 30-40 hrs.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field? Become a technical expert in Notes.
