What do you like about this subject?

I like the way children "heal", usually very fast!

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

We are all students throughout life. I live to see my patients get well and smile back at me (and at their parents) once again.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

Caring for children requires skills, knowledge and experience, but above all, it requires an innate love and a kindly disposition; it demands unlimited powers of observation and an astute sense of detection; finally, the Pediatrician must be, at all times, sensitive to the needs of the often panicky parents.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Nothing of that sort!

Dear Ashley, First of all, apologies for a late reply. I think most toddlers between 1 and 5 years of age are care-free eaters, and cannot be forced to eat. In fact, many children will eat satisfactorily
