I like the way children "heal", usually very fast!
We are all students throughout life. I live to see my patients get well and smile back at me (and at their parents) once again.
Caring for children requires skills, knowledge and experience, but above all, it requires an innate love and a kindly disposition; it demands unlimited powers of observation and an astute sense of detection; finally, the Pediatrician must be, at all times, sensitive to the needs of the often panicky parents.
Nothing of that sort!
