Expert Profile: Karl Weddum

I have been working since 1987 as an international business developer and project manager in high tech business build ups from scratch in Germany, Great Britain and in Scandinavia. E.g. from August 2003 till November 2005 more than 150 people founded their own company in Germany with my help! I have been an independent EU Business Consultant since 1997 and can practice what I preach, which is rare for a business consultant. Based on that fact I have just helped the first small business enterprise in the UK to successfully making its breakthrough in Germany after only 12 month sales and marketing effort. What do you like about this subject?  I hope to be able to open the eyes of especially the small business world for the unlimited business possibilities in the European Union and in particular Germany, Great Britain and Scandinavia
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  To help future business developers and business start ups in the European markets to avoid the worst pitfalls and personally to be wiser in the process, always looking for further improvement,
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  I always stress the value of building up good, lasting business relationships as a foundation for creating business results second to none short term as well as mid-long term!
