The European Union consist today out of 27 countries with totally abt. 500 million inhabitants and a multitude of languages. It is challenging - not only for the rest of Europe - to enter these markets.
The marketing professor Philip Kotler said something like: "Marketing takes a day to learn, unfortunately it takes a lifetime to master". So, often there will be several answers to one question - especially when talking about 'international' marketing as the world

Dear David, honestly I have no clue of all such tax-questions, etc. I only concentrate on marketing of investment goods and long-lasting consumer goods - and do not 'lead' a company being worldwide
