Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Because spices are a matter of taste, the subject itself could cause controversy. A big controversy - bottles vs bags. Spices can be provocative. I am always telling people to try something a little more powerful, a bit more exotic, something that soothes your senses while you cook and wakes up taste buds and feelings that are just decadent!
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  The first American spice Trader was Elihu Yale, back in 1672. He made enough money to build Yale University.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I am hoping to be known for preparing and selling the freshest most aromatic and tasty spices and kits.
What do you like about this subject?  I love to eat food that excites me. Spices do that.

Spraying is a great idea! I thought about dripping the dye but didn't want polka-dotted wings. Never thought about spraying. Thank you so much.

2008-07-23  peppers( habinero) Sorry David, Unless you add more stock and other ingredients, your only recourse is to have a glass of milk with your soup. Next time use a jalapeno, they aren't as hot. Habaneros are for the extreme...
