What do you like about this subject?
Lean is the answer for leveling the global playing feild.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?
I hope to educate companies in what Lean really is. It's not cutting cost (though that will come) laying-off people or being cheap. It's about eliminating non value-added waste in everything you do to incease productivity, improve quality, reduce lead time, make deliveries on-time and most importantly, increase profitability.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:
Lean principles can be used in every business on the face of the earth.

If you don't use Lean principles in your business the day will come when your competition will eat your lunch.
