What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I learn something new every day! I have often said this is one business that just keeps giving.. and I learn from each of my clients and each deal that crosses my desk, whether my deal or one of my agents, there are always new ways to look at age old issues.

During this unique time in our history, billionaires are going to be made!Those who can chart a course that while everyone is heading East, say "No,I am going to head West!" & have the plan to make that goal.Warren Buffet says it best, “listen to your friends they will always keep you exactly where they are!”

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Depending on who is speaking, I will say that a lot of times I don't agree with the speaker, mainly because so many speakers have not bought anything past the primary residence they live in.This is not investing, this is simply owning your place of residence.I think the public was lead down a slippery road when they said 'everyone' should own a piece of the American Dream. Not true.
