Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  "Well, Mr. & Mrs. Young-First-Time Househunter," you're ______________(fill in the Blank with Parents, Uncle, Friend;'s Dad, etc) means well, but is working with a knowledge of the real Estate market of years ago!" Too many Buyers donm't seem to know that;they take outdated advice & really "lose out!" The Real Estate Market is "Ever-Changing"!
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  Everything about Buying & Selling a Home is contoversial & provacative! Househunters need to learn to"rope in" (control)their emotions, trust the professionals(that they have carefully selected to help them) & be willing to accept some compromises (agree to disagree when necessary!)
What do you like about this subject?  Homeownership is the "American Dream"--I enjoy helping other achieve that "Dream!"
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  To continue "giving back" to the Homebuying Public who has supported my career activities for over 30 years! My way of saying "Thanks, folks!"
