I don't know where you are located so your costs are going to be dependent upon where you live. You'll have your real estate costs as well as transfer charges to pay when you sell your current home.

Hi Joanna, What you need to determine is whether she owns the property or not. If she doesn't own the property and is in a mobile home park, then the trailer is not considered real estate, it is purchased
