I can answer most questions regarding Latin American/Spanish recipes (and if I don`t know the answer I have many cookbooks that will probably contain the answer.) Several of my recipes appeared on the Food Network. I love to work on my original recipes - and make the tried and true. I am really passionate about learning different ethnic cuisines and I treasure all of the grandmothers out there who have recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation.
Past/Present clients:I have catered for several gymnastics clubs. I taught cooking classes for 4-H, for a facility for the elderly, for a women's club monthly meeting, and at a supermarket showing people who sign up for cooking class how easy good cooking can be.
Rachael Ray's magazine.
Self taught cook - had a great family who passed down recipes.
It is my passion, so I am writing a cookbook on the subject. I embrace all aspects of cooking and of learning as much as I can about differnt cuisines.
I would like to get my book published and travel again to Spain and Latin America to further my education on this subject.
True Spanish cooking can be seen in most dishes of Puerto Rico AND they are NOT spicy!
True Spanish cooking is an art - as is all cooking - however, I have expanded my horizons.

Hi Peter - I think the only recipe which uses cheese and is a "stew" would be Lobster Thermidor -and here is Julia Childs' recipe for it. Hope this helps - I am sending you her recipe because she was
Freddie - I do not own a restaurant - however, it seems to me that perhaps advertising to the younger 19-26 set would be valuable. That's all I can think of. Now - perhaps - you can write or contact
Erin - I am just a housewife who loves to cook and learn as much as I can about this passion of mine. I watch, read and investigate new products and how I can perhaps incorporate them into the cooking

Trenton - I never went to school to be a cook - I learned through osmosis - from my grandmother, my mother, my Dad and, lest we forget Julia Child. I remember going into the kitchen and just trying
