I can answer questions about air traffic control in an Air Route Traffic Control Center environment (ARTCC). I cannot answer questions about Towers, and TRACONS. I may also be able to field questions regarding the ATSAT, as well as what life is like at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center in Oklahoma City, OK, as well as questions about the FAA from an air traffic controller standpoint.

Experience in the area

I'm currently an air traffic controller at one of the 21 ARTCC facilities across the United States. I've been an air traffic controller for 3.5 years.

I have completed all the necessary training and have achieved status as a Certified Professional Controller (CPC) as of March, 2010.
