Expertise

I can answer questions about server hardware in general and Dell PowerEdge servers in particular. Specialities are RAID and storage, Windows installation and basic configuration (2003, 2003R2, 2008, 2008R2), hardware troubleshooting, technical specifications, upgrades, etc. I can answer some questions about Windows in general. I can't answer questions about server applications, including backups, SQL, Exchange, etc.

Experience in the area

I worked as an analyst in Dell server support for 2 years, and have since worked with many Dell PowerEdge servers. I am currently employed as IT Manager. I am currently ranked in the top 5 for 2010 in Server Hardware and Hard Drives in a very popular forum similar to AllExperts.
