Expertise:  I am a nationally certified ski instructor.
I have skied for 45 years, and have coached skiing for 23 years. I coached the fledgling racers (7 to 10 years old) in the Waterville Valley Black and Blue Trail Smashers for 3 years. I also coached the Cadet Alpine Race team at the US Military Academy, at West Point for three years.

What do you like about this subject?  Skiing is exciting. With even a little skill, someone can begin to explore the mountain. Being out of doors in the wintertime is refreshing.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I love helping others develop the joy of skiing.
