Helping homeowners & business owners with their insurance claims is what I enjoy the most.

In Florida, the Department of Financial Services offers a way to file a complaint against your insurance company and to also request mediation. Look in your policy to see if mediation is allowed. I'd estimate that 40% of disputed claims can be worked out at mediation without having to hire an attorney.

Behind the scenes, insurance companies have been removing coverages within your policies that protect you. Make sure you contact your agent and review your insurance coverage & policies to make sure that you're protected.
