Expertise

Property & Casualty Insurance Claims -- Residential & Commercial. Combined, the public adjusters on our team have worked on behalf of 20+ different insurance companies. We've adjusted thousands of claims including residential & commercial losses that involve business interruption, fire, smoke, pipe break, hurricane, sinkhole, flood, water damage, mold, theft, vandalism, rental properties, appliance water leaks and others. Unfortunately, we've seen firsthand how insurance company adjusters deny, delay and underpay on legitimate claims. That's why we no longer work for them! If you are hitting a "brick wall" or if you just have a question, please feel to ask. We're here to help you!

What do you like about this subject?

Helping homeowners & business owners with their insurance claims is what I enjoy the most.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

Most people don't know where to turn when they have been denied coverage or they were paid a very low settlement. Attorneys spend $25 million on ad campaigns, however Public Adjusters can help resolve the claim for much lower fees. We've helped most of our client receive settlements that are often 50%-200% higher then what the insurance company initially offered them.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

In Florida, the Department of Financial Services allows only two entities to discuss, negotiate and adjust your loss with your insurance company: Attorneys and Public Adjusters.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Behind the scenes, insurance companies have been removing coverages within your policies that protect you, while at the same time they're increasing premiums and making record profits.
