Expertise:  I am a 55-year-old man who has been 'strength training' for 22 years. I have been giving free advice on weightlifting in AllExperts; since July, 2005. I am also in AllExperts under "How To Get What You Want in Life" and under "Aging."

What do you like about this subject?  15-years ago, I developed an exercise program that I call "Resistance-Enhanced Yielding Isometrics," or "REYOMETRICS." Done properly, with a power rack, weight bar, and a good selection of weight plates, this exercise will give you mass and strength that you now only dream about! It is THAT good.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  I am always trying new ideas, learning new things. Books, magazines, the internet, discussing exercise with others. You have to be willing to try different things to learn what works, and what does not... One achievement I would like to accomplish is to be listed in Wikipedia. Can you help me? Please include a description of Reyometrics. Thanks.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:  Your success, or failure, depends entirely upon the blood flowing through your body. With great blood flow, you have excellent health and excellent strength. I can help you with exercises that WILL make you a better person.
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  It takes very little time. It works. And it is not complicated. I can develop exercises for people with physical limitations, for children, for people with little or no time, little or no equipment. Write, I can help you.
