What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?  Learning is a lifelong pursuit. Every person I work with or even come in contact with has something to teach me, and pushes me to be better.
Something controversial or provocative about this subject  There is no one "workout" that is best for everyone. Client and trainer must work together to discover how to best train at that point in time. Following a program in a magazine is not the best way to train. Does that writer know you? Your strengths and weaknesses?
