What do you like about this subject?

Ihave always liked food, and the feeling and emotions it can evoke, from the sensual eating of oysters or asparagus, dipping strawberries in melted chocolate and feeding them to your partner. The satisfaction on the faces of diners when the have enjoyed there meals.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I currently run my own fine food company.
