Playing is a band can be great fun but you have to put the work in - travelling, rehearshing, transporting equipment and getting gigs, and after all that there's no guarantee of making any money, especially if you are in an originals band. It might be rock and roll but only rock stars get to sit on a tour bus, so if you want to be a good band musician - be organised!
