Larry, Well, it's always good to ventilate the atttic as best as possible. Due to the design of some roofs it may be difficult to do this. As long as the hot air has a way to get out of the attic

Rick, The hole dosen't seem very big, but a concrete tile roof is designed to keep the weather on top of the tiles... this helps to protect the waterproofing underlayment beneath. I don't think
Most elstomeric coatings are algea/fungus resistant, so it shouldn't be much of an issue. If down the road you want to clean the roof, I wouldn't use a high pressure water sprayer. Just some outdoor
