Hi Prashant, Stamps are often used for school projects/assignments. The Scouts even have a stamp collecting badge. I think the American Philatelic Scoiety has a whole section dedicated to youth philately:
Hi Cheryl, Your best bet would be to compare your sheets with others to see how common the ghosting is. Here is a link to philatelic clubs in Australia where you might be able to go for a comparison
Hi Cheryl, The Sydney 2000 issue occurred in two varieties: 1 off-set printed & 2. computer printed. The computer generated issue has variable quality lettering. A scan of the items would be useful
