You're using too much coffee (for average people) and that is why you're getting spillage. Start with 2 tablespoons of ground coffee per 8 oz. If you like the taste, great. If not, adjust from there
The better way (in my opinion) to do this would be to arrange a deal with a roaster that they do the roasting, packaging, shipping, etc. and pay you a commission for every sale you bring them. Roasters
