Working for one of the largest Roaster in the world and managing multiple key accounts, i.e. Airline buying houses has given me opportunities to study and review numerous coffee machines, coffee business. And I believe this would be invaluable in answering some of the questions here.

What do you like about this subject?

Coffee drinking is an experience, coffee making is an art and selling coffee is a business. You can talk about coffee the entire day and never run out of things to talk.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

There is always the quest to look for the best coffee, the best coffee makers etc. I hope to be able to bring forth to all folks that it is the experience of enjoying coffee that it important, and that would be your Best.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

A lot of people asked me why they cannot stay awake after drinking coffee, well, this is because coffee must be drunk 3-4 hours prior to your bed time to help you stay awake
