first fly to the pokemon center by the rock tunnel, then go up to the water and use surf once you're on the water surf right and then down until you find a patch of land I don't remember if it has grass

yes pokemon can evolve on mystery dungeon but only after you beat rayquaza and he destroys the star then a hole will open on the platform by whiscash you go in there alone as the pokemon you want to evolve

that I know of you CAN'T create a custom card on your computer so it would not be a good trade. I would ask the kid the name of the card and look it up in the quick search on the pokedex on pokemon.com
