I have been hunting for over 35 years in both the U.S and Canada. I have hunted both large and small game throughout the Mid-West. I have over 30 years of experience hunting Black Bears and have assited other Bear hunters for various camps. I have been an Outdoor Skills / Hunter Education Instructor for 15 years. Dana, It sounds like a very worthy project. Give Stars and Stripes Ammo Co. a try. I have had a lot of luck dealing with them in finding and/or manufacturing obsolete ammo. Check out their website

Mark, Very good question Mark and one that I seldom get here. Yes I do have experience with the managed recoil loads up to and including chronographing and testing them in compressed wet paper.
