Hi Cindy, You need to talk to the Worker’s Comp division in your state and see what they recommend. Not all states require all employers to carry WCB insurance, and if you weren’t covered I’m not sure
Hi Heather, It's not really that simple, you could still get let go within 3 months and they can legally say you just didn't pass your probation. It also depends on the worker’s comp laws in our state
