I've been a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church since the age of 9.

What do you like about this subject?

I like Bible study because it helps me understand God and His plan of salvation. I find it fascinating to learn about all the effort and love that God has put into saving us from sin.

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I'm a story teller. I've written 5 books covering the Babylonian Captivity of the Jews (Bible Stories for adults--all available on Amazon.com). I'd like to continue that series to include the return of the Jews to their homeland, the rebuilding of the Temple, and the city of Jerusalem.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

I've found that studying the Bible by subject (death, hell, faith, etc.)--instead of just reading it through as a book--helps me to understand what God wants me to know. Then, when I read it through as a book, the Bible makes more sense to me.

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

Nearly all the world believes that the cosmos evolved over billions of years. The Bible describes a God who created this world in six days, and rested the seventh. When humans rebelled against God, He came to earth, became one of us, and then died for us. Evolutionists have no Savior, no hope. Christians have hope in the resurrection, and a future life with Jesus, our Creator and Redeemer.
