What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to make the treatment of "mental illness" into a self-help program for anybody to help themselves, by teaching the influence of nutrition on "mental" health.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

This looks at 'mental' problems from a nutritional point of view

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

A low self-esteem is not always IN THE MIND, but more often in a unhealthy body.

2011-12-19 fear:

Hi vaijnath,      You are most likely to suffer from hypoglycemia which can trigger fear responses. Hypoglycemia can cause the over-production of stress hormones.    Please read:  What is Hypoglycemia?

2011-10-23 panic attacks:

Hi R,    Test yourself with  The Nutrition-Behavior Inventory Questionnaire at:  http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/nutrition-behavior_inventory.html    and the     The Hypo Quizz at:  http://www

2011-10-18 Anxiety question:

Hi Jacqueline,    Medication for anxiety and/or depression only mask symptoms of this illness, and does nothing to address the causes of the problem. Mental aberrations are not due to "mental illness"

2011-09-17 nausea:

Hi Sal,      This seems to be a phobia. If this is the case it can probably be treated by going on a hypoglycemic diet. Please read:      Beating Anxiety and Phobias at:  http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au/articles/beating_anxiety

2011-07-28 information:

Hi waqas,    The answer to your questions can be summarize as follows;  Most of these questions you pose assume that the anxiety and tensions are of "psychological" nature, which requires common sense
