I can answer just about any question regarding NCL, all their cruise ships and ports of call. If there is a question that I can not answer, I have the resources to find an answer!

Experience in the area

I have been a travel agent for over 10 years. I am currently in the process of acquiring my ACC (Accredited Cruise Counselor) Certification from CLIA (Cruise Line Industry Assiocation). My speciality is all Disney Vacation destination and major cruise lines (Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Princess, Cunard) I have sailed with Norwegian many times over the pat 20 years, including just recently on the Norwegian Dawn.

Education/Credentials

I have graduated as a Freestyle Certified Specialist from Norwegian Cruise Lines University for Travel Agents (NCLU) and am currently participating in their graduate program to further my knowledge of their ships and cruising philosophy. .
