The Grand is a great ship...she's VERY large, so you will rarely find lines/crowds. As for what age groups you will find, that's really a toss up. Each cruise week is so different. You won't have a bunch

Both cruise lines do a great job, so you'll be happy on the Caribbean Princess. Both are your jumbo ships. I think RCCL has a few more private nooks and crannies than Princess. I do like that princess
