OMG! The same thing happened to me. I know exactly how frustrated you must be. The product we love for getting out paint is called "Krud Kutter" I works great on Latex paint. Its sold at Manards/ Home

You could use a product called "Peel stop" made by zinnzer. This might help. I would redo the minwax restore again, do the peel stop treatment, paint again and see what happens. if it does it again it
2012-03-21 exterior paint:
I would defiantly painted lighter if you can. The darker color attacks and hold the heat in, just like if you wear dark colored clothing. You feel hotter. I am not sure, and guess know one can tell you
2012-03-01 Covering beadboard/wainscot:
I would think it would be best to put the 1/8 lauan over the bead board. I think if and when you take it off it would do less damage to the bottom bead board than ripping down Wallpaper, which can tear
