I can answer most questions regarding viruses/Trojans and help to remove them.
This happens to be of interest to me as it boggles my mind that people have nothing better to do than to write a virus. Wish these people, the ones who write viruses would put the knowledge to good use instead. My job as a local tech involves removing viruses and/or spyware.

Hi Simon, When it gets to that point there will be a tan bar on the top saying something like the previous site might require an add-on, click on that to allow it to run, this might one or two times
Hi Simon, Not usually, it could be a simple thing as taking ownership of the file. Check out: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=308421 SuperAntiSpyware is a good program that removes spyware
