Some say that AntiVirus and AntiSpyware exists only to counteract Viruses and Spyware and vice versa. In other words, its a made niche to benefit each other.

Hi Brenda, Sounds like a conflict between the two products as AOL uses McAfee AntiVirus for their customers. Go to Norton customer support and use their chat or email them to get the proper settings
Hello Linda, You should always try to only use a secure connection. However, if your updates are current and your Firewall settings are adequate, you should be OK. Insure your Firewall is set to aggressive
