Why is it that Microsoft can have a product (IE Windows XP)that will sunset/expire with no further tech support available, but people expect to be able to buy parts and service thier lawn and garden equipment that is 30+ years old?

The oil drain plug is the SQUARE shaped plug located in the Middle between the mounting bolts. Use 5W30 Oil in your crankcase. You do not need to mix gas and oil. It is okay to use synthetic oil
