What do you like about this subject?

Hi everyone! My name is Yoshi and I’m from Japan. I’ve been living in the United States for almost 6 years and I love living here. I enjoy meeting new people from different countries and cultures. I’m interested in languages and cultures so I will be glad to help you understand the Japanese language or culture. Please enjoy learning about Japan!

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

This is not about Japanese but I would like to be better in pronouncing English! English pronunciation is very hard for me because there are so many sounds I never used when I was in Japan. Of course I know that it is almost impossible to get rid of my accent but I will keep trying!

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:

The culture of Japan is very complicated to understand. It is almost impossible to fully understand the culture unless you speak Japanese because there are so many things that are related to the culture and it is hard to grasp everything. I will try my best to explain something you wonder about the culture so please feel free to ask me if you get confused by one of your Japanese friends.
