It's a very diverse island that works for many different people. I've seen a lot of change in this island over the past 15 years and it gets better every time I visit. Hi Doug, Well, from what I've experienced the wind may not be suitable in Negril for kiteboarding. Apparently Falmouth which is 1.5 hours from Negril is the best spot. Sandals has a lot of roped off
