Denny Stanz

I am a note broker, not a loan broker. I work with funding sources, and we buy Owner Carryback Notes secured by residential and commercial real estate. I can answer questions about what terms are attractive to potential note buyers, make suggestions to a seller who is contemplating creating a note, and share common mistakes we see in the creation of these notes that affect pricing when a seller decides to sell his note for cash.

Experience in the area

I have about 6 years experience in the specific area of note brokering/buying. I have talked to, seen and worked on hundreds of note deals in that time span, primarily in the Western States.
