I enjoy working with stress problems as it is one of the easiest areas to assist people to enjoy significant and lasting change, in a relatively short period of time.
Continue to challenge myself with handling high stress experiences through regular skydiving. I have over 880 jumps to date, and coach relative work students in the art of freefall.

I enjoy challenging my clients to take more responsibility for their own lives. For the past 4 or 5 years I have had good success with using a provocative approach, following closely Frank Farrelly's techniques taken from his book and teachings - "Provocative Therapy". Surprisingly stress and anxiety allows us to re-evaluate our situation and forces us to make changes.
