Experience in the area
I was an exchange student in Japan, and I lived with a Japanese family and attended high school. Because of circumstances out of my control, I stayed with three different families; two in Shiga Prefecture and one in Kyoto.

What do you like about this subject? It brings back many memories and happy feelings. I feel I learned a great deal, and I would encourage everyone to try to have the same experience!

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field? I hope to become fluent in Japanese.

Something interesting about this subject that others may not know: Not all Japanese schools are the same! Many people think all schools have the same rules, but they do not!
