Expertise
I specialise in helping people look for solutions to the life questions they are struggling with. In my work, I deliver services that increase a person's potential and open them up to see all the possibilities and opportunities that are available. In short, I assist them to see their dreams in front of them. I'm not an expert in the treatment and medication of depression; however, I can assist with the causes and feelings that are prevailing.
Experience in the area
I have worked alongside people for the past 15 years. I have worked with people who are stuck in their careers, recovering from substance use, homelessness, unemployment, lacking confidence, depression, to name a few. I have worked with all sorts of people, each with a unique story to share. I'm not the expert of you; you are. I help you realise this.
