I have a degree in Psychology from the Sydney University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Nutrition. I am also the ex-editor of the Hypoglycemic Health Association of Australia Newsletter, a quarterly publication dealing with hypoglycemia and related health problems. Its web site, together with a shortened course of PSYCHOTHERAPY can be visited at: http://www.hypoglycemia.asn.au

What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?

I hope to make the treatment "mental health" into a self-help program for anybody to help themselves, by teaching the influence of nutrition on "mental" health. I also hope to inform professionals about the nutritional aspects of "mental illness".

Something controversial or provocative about this subject

A low self-esteem is not always IN THE MIND, but more often in a unhealthy body.
