Hi Hala Yehia, You have not mentioned where you are coming in Turkey but; presume to Istanbul. Istanbul has shopping mall of world class however city also has districts for spesific goods; like clothing

Alex to tour Cappadocia by bus is possible but time consuming. In Urgup there is an hop on and hop off bus tour option as well. Having said that if you tsay in Goreme you can visit valleys and museums
