The dramatic, and genious storyline, incredible animation, good fights, and great voice acting.
What do you still hope to achieve/learn in this field?
I will never stop learning in the field of Dragon Ball Z, the things to be learned are limit-less, as exaggerated as that may seem it's true.
Something interesting about this subject that others may not know:
Dragon Ball has been around since 1983 when Akira Toriyama first began the manga, and has had 3 not 1 theatrical live action movies dedicated to it. As an anime it has had 508 complete episodes divided into 3 series, 17 movies, and 5 TV specials and 1 OVA. DBZ is widely known by many as the greatest action cartoon of all time.
