You really need to go to a doctor and get a checkup. You could have a sexually transmitted disease and need to be treated. Or if it isn't anything serious, you could find that out as well. Please take

Karen, The chances of her contracting something from this is small. Maybe it was not used and if it was, there is a time limit on when anything would be infectious. I would try not to worry about this

I don't think typhoid fever is a sexually transmitted disease but can be transmitted other ways. I guess you could contract it from sex, though. But it's not categorized as a sexually transmitted disease

I would get this checked out at a doctor. Usually an STD will have itchy symptoms but maybe not. And maybe it's nothing serious. But like I said, I think it would be good to have an exam by the doctor
