Expert Profile: Michael Clark, Ph.D.

Expertise: Human beings almost always interpret reality. Even if we have so-called paranormal or spiritual experiences, an interpretive process usually follows. With this in mind, I'm interested in how the alleged experience of UFOs/Aliens affects human beings. I'm not a debunker of UFO/Aliens but I'm not a blind believer either. If you're looking for statistics, a verification or refutation of popular cases in the media or historical answers, you'd probably do better to ask someone else. But if you're looking for a psychological, cultural and spiritual analysis of the belief in UFOs and Aliens, I can most likely be of assistance.

Experience in the area: I've read a good deal of material on UFOs/Aliens written by enthusiasts, critics and spiritual figures. I keep up on blogs and commercially produced videos about UFOs/Aliens. I've written an article and published two other persons' accounts about UFOs/Aliens at my website, earthpages.org. I've talked face to face with real people who believe in UFO/Aliens. And I've been interviewed on Sirius Satellite Radio, talking about UFOs/Aliens.
