Here is the palm desktop software link from palm: http://kb.palm.com/wps/portal/kb/common/article/32859_en.html install it on your windows 7, it should be pretty straightforward from there. after
Check the palm website if their palm desktop software supports windows 7,If it does, then install it and sync to get the contacts from your palm
Looks like hardware issue and the only workaround would be to either replace the screen, replace the device, or get a palm software that uses the center screen for grafitti input - I had that before for
Is your phone in DFU mode? Try using TinyUmbrella to kick it out of DFU. otherwise you might really need to restore. You should always have a backup of your iPhone on your iTunes. For more help on iPhone
